Privacy notice

Who we are
Suaint ("we", "us") provides AI, automation and software services from the United Kingdom. This notice explains what personal data we collect through suaint.com and how we use it. If you have any questions, email hello@suaint.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, email address, your message, and — if you choose to give them — your company, phone number and area of interest. We use these to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages) — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
We don't sell personal data, and we only share it beyond these providers where the law requires.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 12 months afterwards. If we start working together, they become part of our client records and are kept for the life of that relationship and as required by law.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to our processing of it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@suaint.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
